REFUND/EXCHANGE

• No Cash Refunds
• No refunds or exchange on sale/garage sale items
• Exchanges on full price items must be within 7 days accompanied with original receipt.
• Credit notes and Gift vouchers have a 6 month time limit from date of issue.

Lay-By Terms and Conditions

1. A cancellation charge will be applicable to the loss of the deposit. Maximum term of the lay-by will be Four (4) weeks

2. The customer may cancel the lay-by without incurring a cancellation charge if the goods are delivered damaged or any other circumstance that is set out in clause 89 (3) of the fair trading Act 1999.

3. Lay-by’s of more than one item cannot be separated and must be paid for in full before collection.

4. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the store of any change of details such as address or phone

5. The ownership of the lay-by goods will not pass on to the customer until the total price has been paid and the terms and conditions of the lay-by contract have been fulfilled.

6. If the retailer cancels the lay- by other than for a breach of the above conditions then all money will be returned without a cancellation charge being incurred.
